At BuyArmenian.com, we continuously refine our guidelines to better support our vendors and enhance the customers’ shopping experience. These updates are designed to streamline operations and help you boost sales while maintaining high standards.

– Rules for All Vendors –
1️⃣ High-Quality Listings
To enhance customer experience and build loyalty and most importantly increase sales, all product listings must include:
- A full product description (you may use AI and create an Amazon style description for your item)
- High-quality images (clear, professional, and accurately representing the product). Three minimum photos, preferably one action photo (product in use).
- All necessary keywords for search optimization
- Accurate pricing and inventory details
- All the information when listing a product must be written only in English
- If you’re unable to provide photos, we offer a professional photography service for [$10/photo, $20 for 3 photos], ensuring your products are showcased in the best possible way to drive sales.
- If you are unable to list a product with all these requirements but still want to sell on buyarmenian.com, we offer a service for this too [$15/listing, $40 for 3 listings].
* For detailed requirements on image dimensions, listing descriptions, and other essential guidelines, please refer to our presentation. Following these standards will ensure a professional and optimized storefront, increasing your chances of higher sales.
Listings that do not meet these standards will be deactivated to maintain a high level of quality.
2️⃣ Order Fulfillment & Timely Delivery
- Vendors must check their email and texts daily and stay attentive to order notifications and any communications from our team to ensure timely processing.
- If an order is received and the product is not available in our Glendale store (see point N3), the vendor must deliver it to our office within 3 days:

- Customizable products may have different shipping and delivery times. Vendors must clearly state this in the product description and provide an exact timeframe for fulfillment.
- If the order is not fulfilled within the required time frame, it will be canceled, as customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment are our priorities.
Consistently following these guidelines will lead to better customer satisfaction, positive reviews, and increased sales opportunities for vendors.
3️⃣ Stock in Glendale Store
- If a vendor has inventory in our Glendale store and receives an order for one of those products, they must contact our team first before delivering the order to our Yerevan office.
- If the product is in stock in our Glendale store, we will ship it directly from our store, ensuring faster delivery for customer satisfaction.
4️⃣ Store Optimization & Listing Removals
- We are currently optimizing our online store and will be removing shops and product listings that do not meet market standards.
- Only listings with professional images, full descriptions, complete details and vendors who demonstrate responsiveness and reliability will remain active. We understand that this may reduce our vendor quantity by as much as 75%, however, the past years have shown that quality over quantity has driven a healthy expansion of the website, whereas the opposite has had a negative effect.
- If a vendor’s shop or product listings are removed but the vendor wishes to continue selling with us, they must contact us at cs@buyarmenian.com email to discuss reactivating their online shop and reinstating their listings after making the necessary improvements.
- If a vendor doesn’t want to continue selling on buyarmenian.com website anymore, or if they have to put their shop on pause for a certain amount of time, they must notify us immediately.
5️⃣ Inventory Accuracy
- Before listing any product, vendors must ensure they have it in stock.
- Inventory must be checked daily to keep stock numbers synchronized with our platform.
- When listing a product on Buyarmenian.com, you will have to enable Stock management, which will allow you to get a notification when the stock of the product reaches to X (a vendor can choose the number) and you will know when to restock and when to update the quantity.
- If a product is out of stock, vendors must immediately update the inventory quantity on our platform.
- Failure to maintain accurate inventory may result in delayed orders, customer dissatisfaction, and loss of sales and trust.
- When listing a product, vendors must set a stock threshold notification (e.g., receiving an alert when stock reaches 3 units). This is a required field in our system.
- Once a product reaches 0 stock, it will automatically appear as Out of Stock on our website.

– Policy on Rule Violations –
To maintain a high-quality website, ensure a smooth customer experience, and support strong sales performance, we will enforce these rules as follows:
- If a vendor violates any rule, they will receive a first-time warning.
- A second violation of the same issue will result in the vendor’s brand being deactivated from the platform.
- By working together and following these guidelines, we can build a successful and professional marketplace that drives both vendor success and customer satisfaction, leading to increased sales for all.
