GGA apple cider vinegar is fantastic, but not because of its nutritional content, but from the ability to acidify the body. It contains ascetic acid, the key ingredient at a pH of 2.5. It helps in the transportation of minerals, especially calcium, the digestion of protein, and the stimulation of thyroid function.
