Armenian Cream Of Tartar
Adding a small amount of cream of tartar when you’re beating egg whites—usually 1/8 teaspoon per egg white—speeds up the creation of foam and helps stabilize the structure of those minuscule air bubbles you’re whipping up. In baking, this means mile-high meringue pies, melt-in-your-mouth meringue cookies, and angel food cakes that practically float off the plate. So that’s the secret my people! So get some and make your own apple meringue pie this weekend!!!!

Apricot Kernels Seeds Stones Laetrile
You may have heard about “laetrile” and how it can potentially help heal cancer, including breast cancer. Laetrile is the commercial label for apricot kernels (it also goes by name amygdalin or Vitamin B17).
In the 1930s, Major Sir Robert McCarrison wrote about a tribe called the Hunzas who lived in the remote countryside near Northern Pakistan. According McCarrison’s written observations, the Hunzas seemed to enjoy near-perfect health. Some lived to be over 135 years old and no one in their clan had any of the conditions so common in the modern world, such as diabetes, obesity, heart attack, and cancer.
So at GO GREEN ARMENIA, we want the people of the land of apricots, Armenia, to have the same health, especially since it has the natural resources that it should!!
So you ask HOW MANY APRICOT KERNELS SHOULD I EAT A DAY!?! GOOD QUESTION:
You will need to determine the best amount for yourself. With that said most people find that one apricot seed for every 5kg (10 lbs.) of body weight per day spread out throughout the day is a good amount. You should build up to this amount over a few days. Start with one apricot seed an hour.

Dried Apples
Dried Apples! Try them as a snack or chop them up on desserts or add them to sauces or syrups. A wonderful addition to any meal or dessert. delicious dried apples give you a host of healthy goodness. The following list enumerates the health benefits of dried apples:
Dried apples prevent constipation and keep you full for long
Other methods of preserving fruits typically strip off the fruit’s fiber content. But not for dried apples.
One of the benefits of dried apples is that it packs a high amount of both soluble and insoluble fiber. Half a cup of dried apples already gives you approximately 3-4 grams of dietary fiber, sufficient to cover 13-20% of your daily fiber requirements.
Fiber keeps you satiated by preventing spikes in your blood sugar levels after meals. It also helps flush away toxins and harmful bacteria from your gut. Fiber softens your stool to keep constipation at bay as well. Soluble fiber is responsible for controlling your blood sugar levels, while insoluble fiber keeps your gut clean.
Dried apples contain B-vitamins that are good for the hormones, brain, and energy
Dried apples contain two essential B-vitamins that promote energy metabolism, improve hormonal balance, and nourish the brain. They are pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6).
Pantothenic acid is responsible for helping your body create energy from the food you eat. It is also vital in hormone production. Dried apples contain approximately 3% of your recommended daily intake of the vitamin.
Pyridoxine is a B-vitamin that aids in metabolizing proteins and helps in creating neurotransmitters. Neurotransmitters are chemical transmitters in the brain that improve brain response and function. Dried apples can cover around 6% of your recommended daily pyridoxine intake.
Dried apples improve cellular health
Dried apples are a rich source of antioxidants, especially polyphenols. These are substances that help fight off damage to your cells caused by free radicals.$14.31Dried Apples

Lugol’s Lodine
It is known as the cure-all solution.
This solution delivers 79% distilled water, 14% potassium iodide, and 7% iodine. The clinical observations over a century of Lugol’s iodine are:
1. The excretion of mercury, lead, cadmium, aluminium, fluoride and bromine is hugely increased.
2. There is increased well being and energy levels with lessening brain fog.
3. Feeling warmer, seem to need less sleep, bowel action becomes more regular and their skin complexion improves.
4. Interestingly, there is often an increase in body odor for the first two weeks (which probably represents excretion of toxins) and some have cloudy urine for several months.
Iodine can be stimulating and disturb sleep so it should be taken in the morning.
It is likely that anyone with hypothyroidism, especially when it is not due to autoimmunity, will be iodine deficient. Because iodine is so necessary in tissues other than the thyroid (eg breast, bone marrow, immune system, brain).
Symptoms of iodine deficiency also include high cholesterol, hypochlorhydria (heartburn) and inability to sweat. The tongue is often enlarged, and when protruded, fills the entire space between the corners of the lips.
Iodine can be used to treat conditions associated with excessive production of scar tissue such as keloid, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentations.
Iodine is found in every organ of the body and is essential for humans. Almost all of us are low on iodine. Low iodine levels are linked to many health problems. In 1829, a French physician named Jean Lugol originated a solution which contains 5% of elemental Iodine in a 10% solution of Potassium Iodide. It has been used steadily ever since.
Thyroid Health & Function.
Radiation Protection/Detoxification.
Found in every organ of the human body.
Supports normal growth of children.
Ensures Reproductive Health.
Maintenance of healthy skin.
Contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Promotes energy-yielding metabolism.
Antiviral, Antibacterial and Antiseptic.
Helps Prevent Hair-LossRates of iodine deficiency have reached epidemic levels, increasing fourfold over the past 40 years. Iodine is quite a rare element. Iodine is however found in abundance in the oceans. However, its presence in soil is very low in many places around the world. The human body does not produce Iodine so it is an important part of your diet. Even with a good diet many people simply don’t have enough Iodine. Actually, unless you are eating a typical Japanese diet chances are you’re low on it.
Iodine deficiency is clearly an issue in many countries; the following symptoms could provide clues that you’re not getting enough iodine in your diet:
Slower than normal heart rate. Chronic feeling of being cold. Constipation. Unexplained weight gain. Dry skin, hair-loss or poor dry hair. Weakness, muscle aches.
Depression, and fatigue. Reduced alertness (“brain fog”) and lowered IQ. Inability to produce saliva, producing dry mouth. Nodules, scar tissue, pain, fibrosis.
Inability to sweat normally (Iodine use for 3-4 weeks can reverse this symptom, allowing your body to sweat normally again).
Iodine deficiency during pregnancy has been linked to autism in a recent University of Arizona study. In extreme cases, people with low thyroid function experience cognitive decline and babies born to mothers with inadequate iodine levels are at high risk for a unique form of mental retardation known as cretinism.
Researchers are warning iodine deficiency could be becoming endemic. Iodine deficiency is the most common cause of preventable mental impairment worldwide, affecting a third of the world’s population. Iodine is necessary for the thyroid gland to perform properly. The human thyroid gland is located in the neck, and all the blood in the body passes through the thyroid gland every 17 minutes. Because the cells making up this gland have an affinity for iodine, during this 17-minute passage, the gland’s secretion of iodine kills weak germs that may have gained entry into the blood through an injury to the skin or the lining of the nose or throat, or from being eaten and absorbed by the digestive tract. Virulent germs are rendered weaker during each passage through the thyroid gland until they are finally destroyed. But only if the gland has its normal supply of iodine. It is well established that the Iodine content of the thyroid gland is dependent upon the Iodine available in the food and water intake of the individual. If the Iodine intake is low, the gland is deprived of the element it needs to do its work. Japan, with the highest life expectancy in the world, has the highest iodine intake in the world. They also have the highest life expectancy.
“Iodine is essential for the development of the brain as it is needed to build some of the body’s hormones. A severe deficiency is the leading cause of preventable brain damage in the world. It was mainly thought of as a problem in developing countries. The impact of low-level deficiency was, however, previously unknown.
