Pate de Fruit is a French tradition of fruit jellies made with a natural jellifying agent – pectin. Fig Molasses

The fruit is separated from the syrup, leaving a concentrated, thick, sweet molasses. Drizzle it onto yoghurt, atop pancakes, over oatmeal.
