If you’re in a hurry, simply swish the chia and water around in a jar (sealed) for about 5 minutes and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes and you should have a good gel-like consistency. You can also put 1 teaspoon of the chia seeds in a cup of yoghurt and let it soak up the fluids from the yoghurt!
