All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We take pride in delivering best quality and fresh products to our customers. Any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday containing perishable goods (cheese, cured meats, bread etc.) are going to be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday due to the carrier’s policies over the weekend. Any perishable goods (as applicable and if needed) will be delivered with accompanying icepacks and in a vacuum package where applicable. We are closely working with our distributors and stores to ensure only the freshest products are delivered in our orders.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. My Little Armenia is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day specified that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third-party carrier (UPS or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
Potential delays are possible due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. You will be notified accordingly in the event such scenarios arise.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. From time to time My Little Armenia launches promotional shipping rates which will be applied to your order accordingly.
Local delivery within Los Angeles is available in the specified delivery zones for a minimal fee of $5.99. When you specify your delivery address (Zip code) at the checkout, our system will determine if we deliver in your area. The system will automatically remove the local delivery option if it is not available within your area and will provide you with shipping options only. Otherwise, you can select local delivery option or shipping option. Local deliveries are made 10AM-3PM PST Mon-Sat. The actual day will be determined based on when the order was placed, and the type of product was ordered. Typically, local delivery will be processed within 1 business day. We will contact via email or a text message to the phone number you provided at the checkout to notify you on the day/time of our arrival.
We do not offer in-store pickup.
We do not yet offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. You can also call us at (213) 800-9895.
Our policy lasts 7 days. To request a refund due to order issues, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.
To be eligible for a refund, you will be required to provide detailed description of why the product is being returned and provide photographic evidence where applicable. Please note, that your refund request will be evaluated before approval.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
