The ornament, which is the main symbol of this set, is from a pillowcase designed in the 19th century and exhibited in Dzitoghtsonts House-Museum. The three patterns on the headscarf are based on imagery from Armenian traditional clothing, and chosen for their symbolism. Wheat stem, water and apple symbolize fertility, love, joy, knowledge, wisdom.
