This is a true story about Greta Vardanyan. Greta lost both legs in the Spitak earthquake on December 7, 1988. She walks with the help of crutches and prostheses. Now Greta not only trains other weightlifters with disabilities, but also takes part in different Paralympic Championships. Aimed specifically at preschool-aged children, this lovely book teaches children that everyone deserves respect and kindness. It teaches children, in a kid-friendly language, that differences in physical appearance or abilities are never a reason to treat people any differently than the others.
