Customs, duties, and taxes
Roots.Armad is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, Roots Armad is not responsible for broken items delivery, we pack all products in double boxes and bubble wrap for best insulation, damaging exceptions may happen in less than 1% of orders.
International Shipping Policy
Roots.Armad ships internationally to the USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, and Europe. Additionally, if required Roots.Armad will ship to other countries.
Returns and exchanges are applicable to defective products only.
We know mistakes can happen so we apologize if you’ve received a defective product. This includes a hole in the product, a misprint, or wrong item(s) being shipped. Within 10 days of receiving your order, contact us and we’ll work with you to provide a replacement.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Custom Orders are made especially for you, which is why we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Vendor ship times vary, we have only provided you with an estimated ship time.
