Upon confirmation of the order by Sari Safran, the products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order.

In order to make use of our “money-back guarantee,” any complaint must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, i.e. on the day of delivery. Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately after discovery. The amount paid for the defective goods is credited to the customer account. The credit is valid for one year. Sari Safran reserves the right to demand proof of defect before the amount is credited.
