Real ginkgo biloba leaves are plated with copper by electroforming method. Being preserved for ever in a metal layer, the leaves are both lightweight and strong. Also, copper is sealed with transparent protective varnish to prevent the oxidizing and change of color.
The leaves were treated with a copper brown patina for a vintage look.

The jewelry has a pure copper hammered stick, medium rigid, curved for better retention, with a rounded tip.
