Real oak leaves and acorn cap are plated with copper by electroforming method. Being preserved for ever in a metal layer, the leaves are both lightweight and strong. Also, the copper part is sealed with transparent protective varnish to prevent the oxidizing and change of color.
A special patina was applied for a vintage look.
