The shipping of the products of our store in Cyprus is performed via registered post. The shipping cost to Europe-5 EUR, to USA and Australia-6 EUR

Delivery of the purchased items in stock usually takes up to 1.5 weeks to EU countries and 15-20 days to other countries. However, due to Covid pandemic, the delivery can take much longer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery to EU mainland addresses aren't subject to customs or import charges, but each territory works differently.

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

IDenteco has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

We recommend to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by unexpected charges.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange it for a different item, please return the unwanted item within 15 days from the date of delivery of the item (applies to all countries). If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will provide exchange instructions directly to you.

Please note that special customized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Policy

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. After that period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items purchased in November and December can be returned up until January 15th of the following year.

Refunds

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All refunds will have the postage costs deducted prior to refund.

Late or missing refunds

if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the Contact Us tab on the menu.
