We are happy to refund or exchange any item(including sale items) within 21 days from date of arrival abroad Republic of Armenia, and 7 days from date of arrival in territory of Republic of Armenia, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
Purchases must be returned with the original returns form.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything “Bambak.shop” reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Where an item is supplied with a hygiene strip, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains intact.
Please be sure to stand only on carpeted floor,to avoid scratching the soles when trying the shoes on.
Shoes must be returned in their original condition with no scratches or marks, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
Please note it is not possible to return personalised or pierced jewellery items, beauty products, lingerie, swimwear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
