This tea is designed against inflammatory diseases of the lungs, upper respiratory tract, cough – as an expectorant, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic agent.
Ingredients: cowslip roots, elecampane roots, coltsfoot leaves, licorice roots, fennel seeds.
Preparation method:
Place the teabag in 200 ml boiling water and insist for 30-60 minutes. Drink 30 minutes before a meal. Use 2-4 teabags a day.
