Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped the same business day if the order was received before 11:00 PST. Order recieved after 11:00 PST will be shipped the next day. We do not ship on weekends and Holidays.

To return your product, you should first obtain a RMA number. Once RMA number has been issued you can ship your product to:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer pays for the return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don?t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the return should include all original manufacturer packaging and should be in a fully functional condition. If item has missing or damaged box, there is a 25% stocking fee.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Software and software licenses are not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
