During the summer months, we present seasonal confectionery using the freshest fruits available in Armenia. Pate de Fruit is a French tradition of fruit jellies made with a natural jellifying agent – pectin. It has a distinct melt-in-the-mouth feel which is different from marshmallows, gelatine and agar-agar based jellies.
