    How to use:
    First, wash your seeds! Just like lentils, grains and beans, chia seeds need to be washed! Leave them in water and let them soak and drain the debris away. If you’re in a hurry, simply swish the chia and water around in a jar (sealed) for about 5 minutes and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes and you should have a good gel-like consistency. You can also put 1 teaspoon of the chia seeds in a cup of yoghurt and let it soak up the fluids from the yoghurt!
