GAREGIN NZHDEH QUOTES Part I Yerevan 2024 The book includes Garegin Ter-Harutyunuyan‘s (Nzhdeh‘s) quotes from the following works: Prison Notes (Yerevan, 2021); Sons‘ Struggle against Fathers (Yerevan, 2021), and Pages from My Diary /Open Letters to Armenian Intellectuals (Yerevan, 2021). It also contains Garegin Nzhdeh‘s quotes from his series of articles entitled Remember the War (Yerevan, 2020) as well as quotes by Hayk Asatrian from his book Excitement (Yerevan, 2019; all mentioned works in Armenian). Prepared for publication by Anna Harutyunyan. Nativity and Theophany ․ Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem, Location: Cilicia, 13th century.
The miniature icons are painted with modern tempera paints, on recycled wood, measuring 30x42x3cm. We used shiny gold leaf (imitation) and varnish to preserve traditional medieval methods. While it is possible to substitute the types of materials, we maintain the skills and traditional rules of miniature art.
