It contains vitamins C, B, acid, nicotinic acid, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, zinc. It is dried in special conditions and all beneficial nutrients are preserved. The way of making: add 200 ml of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons of chamomile, leave for 15-20 minutes.30 (+-3) gramm.
