    Do the Vitamin C tolerance test and take it daily to defend yourself against infections.
    1- Take 2.5 teaspoons of Vitamin C in 500mL of water (best to put it in a bottle with a cap and shake really well until it dissolves, drink it all at once) and wait an hour. If you do not get diarrhea then repeat until after drinking this solution, you get diarrhea in an hour. This is called Vitamin C tolerance testing.
    2-After the Vitamin C tolerance test, you need to drink 1 teaspoon every day preferably after lunchtime to maintain!
    3-After the Vitamin C Tolerance is done and you experience diarrhea you need to drop 20 drops of 7% Lugol’s iodine in 250mL of water every 2 hours and gargle with your head tilted back and then drink it all at once until your symptoms are gone. Then just 8 drops daily to maintain optimum Vitamin C levels!
    4-Meanwhile, you need to keep hydrated and drink water. Make sure your lips do not dry out. If they dry then it is a sign you need to drink water.
    5-After drinking the Lugol’s wait an hour and take 1/2teaspoon of baking soda in 150mL of water every 2 hours. 7 times a day if 60 years or younger and 3 times a day if 60 years or older. After symptoms are eliminated continue this to maintain good health!
