A beautiful medicinal orange flower, St John’s wort is great for getting rid of the blues (depression), reducing inflammation, hyperforin in St. John’s wort helps prevent cancer cell growth, has antioxidants which help strengthen brain cells, helps with premenstrual symptoms (PMS), and gastrointestinal problems.
