Lemongrass is an herb that is native to Sri Lanka and South India but GGA is growing it in Armenia!!!! Drinking lemongrass tea can have diuretic effects, which means that it stimulates the kidneys to release more urine than usual. So it gets rid of bloating which is one of the major annoying symptoms of PMS(premenstrual symptoms).
