In Ancient Armenia In Moks, the front of the cap, here called glkhadzhard, is heavily sewn with beads and other ornaments.
These caps above are meant for married women, as only the fronts are ornamented, because they wrap or pin a scarf or veil over the back. Another ornament used by unmarried girls is the tasak, a metal plate with dangling ornaments all around which fits onto the top of the cap, fas, which is worn without a veil.
