Decorative Scarf “Armenian Woman” (70 x 70 cm)

A unique collection of scarves with female images by contemporary Armenian artists from around the world.
The project involves artists not only from Armenia, but also from Brazil, Iran, and Portugal.

The packaging is also unique. Unusual triangular boxes, reminiscent of school love triangles-notes. In such packaging, the scarf is a message to a loved one. The cardboard of the packaging is palpably reminiscent of an eggshell. This is a tribute to the unique Svan seagull. Another symbol of the unique reality of Armenia.

Based on the original painting “Armenian Woman” by the famous Armenian artist Elena Vardanyan Nersesyan.

“I painted this image of an Armenian woman in 2020, with sadness, heartache, longing and pride for my homeland, culture and people, and at the same time with a deep faith in our roots, which are so deep and widespread that no storm can separate it from the soil.”
