HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? Shipping within the United States is $4.99 flat rate. Orders over $30 being shipped within the US are eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates to other countries will be calculated at checkout.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Our products usually ship within 1-2 Business days. Once it has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Domestic orders should arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders may take 10-21 business days. During promotions or a new launch, shipping could take a longer due to high order volume. Most orders are sent via USPS.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes, we ship to many countries. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may be subject to additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and other related charges for importing products from the USA.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES? Yes, please double check your address and make sure we have all the correct information.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING... USPS tracking information can be incorrect and packages can be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. It’s great to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime! Contact us if you have still not received your order 3 days after your delivery date.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us immediately. We will gladly accept returns and issue you a full refund. Products must be in their original condition including the packaging and container to qualify for a refund. Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery date for instructions. We must receive the products before we can process a refund.
How can I get an Exchange?
We will replace any item that may have gotten damaged during shipping. Contact us within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Please email us a photo of the damaged item to qualify for exchange. If you have a damaged item please contact customer service and we will get it resolved immediately!
