Shipping Policy

You can expect to receive your order within 10-40 business days after shipping confirmation.
Please note that items sent 1-2 months before Christmas and New Year holidays are very likely to be delayed for weeks, please take it into consideration before ordering an item.
In case your order is not arrived after 30 business days, please contact me and I will apply for the "search the parcel" paper in my local post office and they will determine where the parcel is at the moment and when it will arrive. Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty fees that may apply be applied in your country of residence.
Please note that while not common, items can be temporary held by customs and that we (the seller) are not responsible for this delay.

Our items leave our studio in perfect condition for your full satisfaction. However damage can sometimes occur during shipment or human error. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the way your product arrived or the product itself please let us know about it so we can fix the situation together.
