Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to eligibility conditions.
Generally, if an item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund. However, you must prove that the damage occurred during the shipping period. To ensure a smooth refund process, we advise you not to open any packages that appear to be damaged from the outside. Instead, return the package to the carrier and request that they mark it as “refused delivery.” This will help ensure that you receive a full refund for the damaged item.
