Our items leave our studio in perfect condition for your full satisfaction. However damage can sometimes occur during shipment or human error. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the way your product arrived or the product itself please let us know about it so we can fix the situation together. you may also return it to us within 14 days and receive a full refund or a new identical product (shipping costs excluded).

We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the returned goods. Shipping cost for returning is to be payed by the customer.
