GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship to contiguous U.S. only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Only validated physical addresses are accepted.
Orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM PDT will be processed on the same day.
Orders are usually shipped in 1 - 2 business days.
To reduce transit time, orders received Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If Monday is a federal holiday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.
To ensure the delivery of your chocolates at their best under warm weather conditions, we offer Priority and Priority Express shipping only using and use ice packs to protect the chocolates until they are delivered. However, the life span of ice packs is limited. It is important to accept all shipments and store the chocolates in a cool, dry place. No deliveries on Sundays or federal holidays.
The weight indicated for each product is the net weight of the chocolate and does not include the packaging. For shipping purposes, the total weight of the product (including the packaging) will be calculated.
If a package is damaged during transit, please notify us as well as the United States Postal Service (USPS).

LATE DELIVERIES & MISDELIVERIES

After shipments have left our facility and are in the ownership of U.S. Postal Service (USPS), the carrier is responsible for the timely delivery. We are not accountable for any delays due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances that are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect and incomplete shipping address, the customer has to place a new order and pay the shipping charges.
