Sales Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 7 days from the purchase (shipment) date.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn with any tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please note Pre-Order products are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

If there is damage to an item upon delivery, All customers must first provide photos and an explanation of the defect to [email protected]. Once the defect is confirmed, MEVERDE will offer a refund.
