Store in a dry, dark, cool plac efor 3 years.
Place the tea bag in a teapot or a large glass, add 250-500 ml boiling water, and close to insist 30-60 minutes. Take 1 cup thrice a day, before a meal. Optionally honey or lemon can be added.
